Our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer you an exchange or store credit.
To be eligible for an exchange or store credit, your item must be in the same condition that you received it.
We will not accept exchanges/store credit if the item is not in the condition that you received it. This includes but is not limited to visible wear, missing tags, animal hair, visible washing.

Shipping is calculated at check out by Canada Post.
We currently are only shipping within Canada.
Orders take approximately 7-10 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) to complete. Once your order is complete we will notify you for pickup or ship your item through Canada Post. Canada Post shipping times can vary.
